Insurance Enrollment Essentials

A sickness that is manifested at the time of a new enrollment is excluded from coverage reimbursement. No cancellation or refund is available on or after effective date of insurance enrollment. $10 India Network Foundation membership must be active for insurance enrollment and is non cancellable. Exception for Sickness: If coverage is purchased after the Insured Person's arrival in the United States, coverage under the Policy will be limited to Accident only during an Insured Person's first seven (7) days of coverage, commencing as of the Insured Person's Effective Date. In this case, Full Policy coverage will take effect after seven (7) days. Rates based on total days times Daily Rate. Daily Rate based on monthly premium divided by 30 days. Couple rates are calculated based on the individual rate multiplied times 2 individuals. Visitors 70 and older can NOT be combined in a COUPLE policy with another visitor age 69 and under. Members should typically be host family member and not the visiting family member. The visitor's date of birth and passport are requested entries during enrollment process. Medical records are not required. Medical coverage is worldwide. Insurance can begin and end a day prior and a day after arrival in US. Non U.S. citizens visiting Washington, Massachusetts or Oregon having a permanent US address are ineligible for insurance enrollment. Call (877) 204-0222 if you have questions regarding enrollment.
