Dues paying members of India Network
are eligible to purchase health insurance program. The membership fee is
$10 for 12 months. |

Refund and Cancellation Policy |
| Full Refund before start
Date |
Insurance Purchased can be cancelled
for full refund minus the administration fee of $5 ONLY if properly
completed cancellation form (with $25 Cancellation fee) is filed
with India Network office before the EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE. |

Any one who wish to obtain insurance
must be of Normal Health at the time the insurance commences. NO
